In this video I begin to address one of the most crucial weak points of the e46 chassis, the rear subframe mounting points. The chassis is known to crack due to excessive flex and lack of strength in the rear floor and there are a few methods used to address this issue. The Vince Bar seems to be a promising way to eliminate this issue by tying in various components of the rear chassis and strengthening the subframe mounting points. This video focuses on an overview of the kit as well as the prep work to install the kit.
