Day 78/100 : 5200 Jumps Fat to Fit Transformation

I lost 11 kgs in 50 Days after starting this workout.
Many of you find my videos boring, but those who are genuinely trying to lose weight will find great value in them.
To share with everyone my weight loss journey, I will post my daily jump rope workouts. Using a jump rope workout, I had previously lost 18 kg, but I did not record my entire workout. I picked up this exercise routine once more in an effort to live a healthier lifestyle, reduce weight, and get fitter so I could play cricket on vacation.
