Su Conquer and Amanda Langley (from our superstar co-production team) continue their discussion with two more special guests.

Co-production Ambassador Nat and Pete Fleischmann of Co-production Works (https://coproductionworks.co.uk/).

Pete, who is the former head of co-production at SCIE (https://www.scie.org.uk/) asks "What is the Suffolk secret for championing co-production?". Su tells us that Healthwatch Suffolk have great relationships with health systems and the local authority which have given us a chance to show and explore how co-production can work. Starting with a "blank canvas" event leading to the co-production of the 6 principles and then building our vital team of ambassadors.

Nat reflects of the revolutionary journey after becoming our first ambassador and discovering a way of working which means hierarchy is left on the shelf and instead everyone works equally together. Co-production has become the positive tool to help create change, inspire others, share within the community and has been a multi-faceted benefit, giving purpose and fulfilment within society.
