All you need is a mat for this lower body mobility routine! We combine dynamic and static stretches during this 15 minute routine. We target the glutes, lower back, hamstrings, hips, and inner thighs. We do 15 different stretches/exercises each lasting 60 seconds. This should have you feeling very open by the end : ) Some of my stretches may look a little different as I navigate with a broken hand.
