Why Ravenclaw House Got Left Behind in Hogwarts Legacy?

Ravenclaw House got the least attention from the developers of Hogwarts Legacy and is in fact the least interesting House to play for compared to the other Houses. I see 2 most probable explanations why Ravenclaw was left behind with no unique content and relationships.
