In this video, I have explained Chapter 4 - Effects of Electric Current for students of 10th standard from the Maharashtra State Board.

In this lecture, we cover the concepts of energy transfer in an electric circuit, heating effects of electric current, and magnetic effects of electric current. We discuss how to decide whether a given material is a good conductor or an insulator of electricity. Additionally, we address why iron, despite being a conductor, does not cause electric shock when picked up from the ground.

We also revisit the principles of static electricity and the transfer of negatively charged particles between objects, which we have learned in earlier standards. This chapter expands on the flow of electric current through conducting wires, resistors, and explores the phenomena of electromagnetic induction, electric motors, and generators.
