Named after the Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple on the hills, Malkajgiri is a peaceful yet popular locality in the suburbs of Hyderabad. Though it's just 3 km away from the bustling city of Secunderabad, it has not received due attention in terms of infrastructure development.

It's a peaceful locality with good metro connectivity to the other parts of the city. However, lack of social and retail infrastructure and good quality hospitals- are some of the issues one should bear in mind.
