100 YEARS OF HORROR #48: Wait Until Dark (1967)

Audrey Hepburn is terrorised by Alan Arkin and Richard Crenna in the intensely suspenseful film Wait Until Dark (1967). Hepburn plays Suzy Hendrix, a blind woman who unwillingly comes into the possession of doll stuffed with heroin. Unsurprisingly, this drugged up doll is keenly desired by some unfavourable types. Three criminals plot against Suzy and take advantage of her disability in order to find the doll, but when plans go out the window, the situation turns darker and darker, quite literally.
