ITW EAE, a division of Illinois Tool Works, brings together the world’s leading brands of electronics assembly equipment including MPM Printers, Camalot Dispensers, Electrovert wave soldering and cleaning equipment, Vitronics Soltec reflow and selective soldering equipment and Despatch industrial ovens and furnaces. The combined knowledge and experience of this group along with ITW’s unique “eighty-twenty” Front-to-Back Process and customer-back innovation is driving the development of next generation technology that meets the demands from market leaders to dramatically improve productivity and yields.

We build the electronic assembly equipment used to manufacture circuit boards and semiconductors. Miniaturization and other technical challenges require continuous advancement in manufacturing equipment. Circuit board manufacturing is a very controlled and automated process where inspection and data collection plays a critical role. We are actively pursuing the benefits to be realized by Industry 4.0 and the resulting improvements in yield, overall equipment effectiveness, and lights out factory capabilities envisioned by our customers.
