BOW FISHING Alligator Gar - Catch Clean Cook

This week we're bow fishing for alligator gar in South Louisiana. After meeting up with Scott and Cpt. Dwain of Marsh Reapers Bowfishing we head out to the marsh and fire up the lights for river monsters. It doesn't take long to get an arrow into a nice gar fish! Then we meet up with Chef Gason out of New Orleans to cook up a gourmet meal of fried alligator gar! The chef is throwing down some knowledge on how to fry fish the right way. Cajun cooking!
