Apologies for the delay in the release of this video, I recorded this video about 4 weeks ago at the onset of what I thought was a cold but later turned out to be a flu, it was not funny at all. I am so thrilled to be feeling much better .
It was recorded at the very beginning of the current situation when people were seriously panic buying , you will understand what I mean when you watch the video . In this video I share tips on how to stay fit and healthy even at such a time as this.
