HOLMBY PARK

The band is back together! That's right, the super friends are reunited right in time for the Super Bowl, or as I referred to it, the national Usher concert. We had a lot of catching up to do, so naturally this was a cafe day to a new, beautifully designed spot. The sun was shining and warm and we had more jokes to share, so we continued a couple blocks away for a lunch stop. After grabbing a bite and getting caffeinated enough to last throughout the game, we head to our exploration destination of the ride, Holmby Park. It is an expansive park in the middle of one of the poshest neighborhoods in LA, Holmby Hills. In fact, literally across the street is the second largest home in Los Angeles, the Spelling Manor. The former residence of famous TV producer, Aaron Spelling, it is over 56,000 square feet with 123 rooms! Built in a French chateau style, we catch a little peek of this unbelievable residence above the gate. It's bigger than the football field we were watching later that day. What a reunion tour!
