His name is Davidavi Dolev, but you can call him "Vidi," and his band is Subterranean Masquerade. Wow is the word.

I don't know if I've ever had a more intimate conversation and the honor was all mine. Vidi lives in Israel, and like life in that torn country, there is a great dissonance hidden inside. What sets Vidi apart is his ability to speak truth and meaning into every day trauma. This catharsis allows him to release the darkness within. For the fans of Subterranean Masquerade, the music provides and opportunity to join them on a musical journey as they celebrate our collective humanity.

I will say nothing more, but God bless Vidi. He's my buddy for life and his music will remain part of my days forever. The video does have a minor malfunction in the beginning, but the audio gets aligned, so hang in there. It's worth your pursuit.
