Machine Flyes (Iso Hold 1 Side) 1 x 15-20 (Warm-up set) 2 Sets 10 (Heavy)

Internal Rotation Extensions
3 x 13-15 Reps

Super Set # 1 (3 Sets)
Tricep Pushdowns x 15
Rope Overhead Extensions x 15

Close Grip Bench Press 10-12
Dips or Dip Machine (Heavy) 8-10
