Описание к видео Parent-Child Conflict Profiles in Chinese American Immigrant Families

This study used latent profile analysis to examine the topics of parent-child conflict among a sample of Chinese American families. We examined which topics Chinese American parents and their children found to be the most distressing. We further examined whether the topics were related to specific sociodemographic or cultural attributes of the families in order to identify potential risk and protective factors, and to what degree conflict with parents was related to Chinese children’s mental health symptoms.
