So what is the the simple trick to stop feeling hungry, to prevent overeating and to loose weight?

The simple trick is to stop combining fats and carbohydrates in 1 meal.
So either choose to eat the combination of proteins and fats in a meal or
Either choose to eat the combination of proteins and carbohydrates in a meal.

If you want to loose weight, you just have to make sure to eat more proteins than fats or carbs.

What does this mean in pure practice for example.

Let’s presume we choose a meal with the combination of proteins and fats.
Then we could for example eat egg whites as proteins, in combination with the egg yolks and bacon as fatsOr when we choose a meal with the combination of proteins and carbohydrates
We could for example eat lean steak as proteins and sweet potatoes and green vegetables as carbohydrates.Google will help you to find out which are carbohydrates, fats or proteins.

Basically what you need to remember is to never combine fats and carbohydrates in one meal,
Like for example pizza with cheese, because that combination will prevent you from feeling satiated, will make you overeat and will make you gain weight.If you want to loose weight, you just have to make sure to eat more proteins than your fats per meal or more proteins than carbs per meal. Eating just proteins like for example from a whey protein shake when you are feeling hungry, will make you feel satiated and will make you loose weight.
