Ingredients
• 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
• 3 Chinese sausages, sliced
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 6 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 lb. Chicken, chopped
• 1 Carrot, medium julienned
• 1 cup Snow peas
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Soy sauce
• 1/8 cup Oyster sauce
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice stick noodles
• 1/2 Cabbage, sliced
• Calamansi, halved, for topping (optional)

Directions
In a medium pot over medium high, sauté Chinese sausage in olive oil until sausage is cooked. Once cooked, remove sausage from the pot and set aside for later.

Add onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until onions become translucent.

Next, add chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Add carrots and snow peas. Stir to combine.

Then, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the pot. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

Lower heat and add rice stick noodles. Continue to cook and constantly toss until noodles soak up all the liquid.

Add cabbage and cooked Chinese sausage from earlier. Toss noodles and cover the pot. Steam for about 2 minutes or until cabbage has softened. Remove cover and lightly toss before serving.

Serve with calamansi and enjoy.
