Jesus, is received with great enthusiasm in the town of Sychar in Samaria after the sinful and despised Samaritan woman ran into the town to share the good news she had just heard. The news was unbelievable and too good not to share with others. Those who heard her testify, rushed to the well to see and hear the Prophet and He declared the good news to them too, and stayed another two days in Samaria at their request.
The harvest was indeed ready, and pointing to the Samaritans approaching Him, He told His disciples that the fields were white and ready to be cut. How much more does that statement hold true today because we are living in the very end of days. It’s time to tell everyone on the planet the good news and bring in the harvest for eternity.
