Dancing and Movement are a great way to involve your Kinesthetic senses, studies have shown that dancing has a positive effect on your mood, reducing stress and anxiety by releasing feel good chemicals.

You can easily build this into your day, quick dance around the house as you go about your day, dance exercise classes like Clubbersize, Zumba or Sha-Bam (you can get some of these free on apps, youtube etc), even get the family involved.

Its a quick and easy way to boost your mood, why not build in a mindfulness practice with it by focusing on how your body feels as you dance, concentrating of different body parts for example.
