Brief Description:

In the Age of Apocalypse, Pixie, Rockslide and Glob watch as Armor repeatedly punches X-Man over and over, with the intention of killing him. On Prime Earth, the X-Men continue to fight the Horsemen of Salvation, but can't manage to defeat them, while Jean Grey, Psylocke and Bishop try to discover what has happened to Legion – he's alive, but his mind seems to have shut down. Psylocke is also concerned about what has happened to the missing students, she can't feel them anywhere. They are startled when Kitty Pryde emerges from the rubble of X-Man's citadel, along with the missing Senator Allen – and Apocalypse! The X-Men are less than happy about seeing their hated foe, before Jean Grey and Psylocke discover that the students are trapped inside Legion's mind. Bishop knows this means they are trapped in the Age of Apocalypse. He explains this alternate timeline to the others, and urges them that they must rescue the students from that traumatic place. Storm weighs in, wanting to rescue the children, too, but Kitty points out that X-Man is contained because of being trapped inside Legion, so launching a rescue might not be the best thing. She thinks that their priority should be the mutant vaccine and fixing whatever goodwill the world still has towards them. Apocalypse decides that as the X-Men are incapable of making a decision, he'll make it for them – X-Man and Legion must die. Jean Grey holds Apocalypse back and tells Kitty that the children deserve their help. Bishop convinces Psylocke to use her powers to send him into Legions mind, so Psylocke shoves a psychic sword through Bishop's head and into Legion's, which plunges Bishop into the Age of Apocalypse, just in time as he prevents Armor from killing X-Man. Armor tells Bishop that they have been here for almost a year, but Bishop assures them they have only been gone five minutes. Bishop tries to tell Armor that murdering X-Man is not the answer, which Armor finds rich coming from Bishop. Legion appears and X-Man confronts him, attacking him psychically, Bishop and the students suddenly find themselves freed from Legion's mind, back to reality, only X-Man appears to be missing – until the X-Men discover that Legion has merged his psyche with Legion's body, and is about to launch another attack on them!
