Step-by-step unboxing, assembly, and installation of the Televes ELLIPSE MIX antenna (P/N 148883).

1️⃣ Attach VHF reflector extension to main assembly 👉 2:13
Check the bolt is properly seated into the metal tubing
2️⃣ Insert UHF directors into main assembly 👉 3:09
Make sure you insert the open end into de the clamp
3️⃣ Insert UHF reflector into reflector self-locking clamp 👉 3:50
Make sure you insert the open end into de the clamp
4️⃣ Cable preparation and routing through the reflector 👉 4:11

The supplied twist-on coax connector and weather boot are convenience items for customers not equipped with the knowledge and tools to install professional self-sealing coax connectors that require a cable stripper and coax connector crimping tool for proper installation. Some customers may also choose to purchase long lengths of coax cable with connectors pre-installed.
Regardless of the choice make sure the connector is properly prepared and protected from moisture ingress.

5️⃣ Install dipole assembly 👉 5:13
Check that the dipole assembly is fully seated confirmed by checking that the plastic bayonet locks on each side are fully seated into the main antenna body
6️⃣ Insert UHF reflector into reflector self-locking clamp 👉 5:55
Make sure you insert the open end into de the clamp
7️⃣ Insert VHF reflectors into reflector self-locking clamp 👉 6:23
Make sure you insert the open end into de the clamp
8️⃣ Attach antenna to the mast 👉 6:46
Secure coax cable to the mast with weather resistant wire ties or electrical tape after the antenna has been adjusted
