Hello everyone 💕

Today I have an intense 35 minute Pilates workout for you! Girls this one had my whole body burning! 🔥

We start with a quick warm up before moving into a standing series that will strengthen your legs and help to lift the glutes 🍑 We will then move to tabletop to help tone up the arms with a push-up flow, moving into supine to start sculpting those abs with a spicy core series! We work on shaping the glutes and elongating the legs next in a side lying position, then combining this with a side plank series to help trim and tone the waist ⏳ The last series is a BURNER as we move into a reverse plank position for some deep core work 🔥 finishing up with some lovely, refreshing spinal mobility work as a treat to end class!
