Adv. Nagesh Sood, B.Sc. (Hons.), LL.B., LL.M., PGDHR, is a seasoned advocate with over 32 years of practice before the Gujarat High Court, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Forums, and other judicial bodies. He has represented leading banks, financial institutions, statutory bodies, and private clients in complex matters spanning banking, insolvency, labour, insurance, and criminal litigation. With 95+ reported judgments, he has contributed to landmark decisions on environmental law, industrial disputes, and public safety. Alongside his practice, he serves as visiting faculty at Nirma University, GLS, and Karnavati Universities, and has delivered lectures at IIT Bombay and other institutions.
