Annie's Story: Postpartum Depression and Anxiety

She was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety when she came to The Motherhood Center for treatment in our Day Program. "At about 4 months, my daughter wasn't getting into any sleeping pattern, and I started to become obsessed with how much she was sleeping in comparison to other babies. And I think the lack of sleep I was getting compounded my anxiety to the point where I was sobbing uncontrollably."
