How is a heavy-duty crawler crane assembled?
First there are different transporters for loading body and undercarriage. Then a small crawler crane is needed to assist the large crawler crane in assembling its initial boom.
After the initial boom installation is completed, it is transported to the location where the crawler undercarriage is placed, the body and undercarriage are assembled, and the hydraulic pipes are finally installed.
Both sides of the crawler undercarriage operate identically. After the crawler undercarriage is installed, a small crawler crane will assist in assembling the concrete counterweights and then the wire wheels.
Afterwards, it is necessary to install the steel assembly fastener on the side of the fuselage. After the installation is completed, the crane arm is assembled. After everything was finally completed, a movable concrete counterweight was added to the tail of the crawler crane, and all the counterweights were installed.
Once we get to this point, we need to test it, and when that's done, we're going to install the final jib. Finally, the hook is installed, and the assembly of the entire crawler crane is completed.
