Roe Deer in Late July

Our Deer Officer, Glyn Ingram, was out again with his camera on his days off and managed to get some nice footage of roe deer in North Norfolk.

Glyn said: 'Earlier in the week I saw some great roe rutting activity so decided to go back with my camera. I didn't get the shots that I wanted but still recorded some nice behaviour.

The first few clips are a little shaky as the camera was handheld in quite low light but I managed to get the tripod set up in order to capture the buck, doe and two kids later. One kid had found itself the other side of the fence from its mother but eventually got through.

Fascinating to see the kids having almost completely lost their spots at around two and a half months old'. (Canon EOS 70D with Canon L Series 100-400mm Lens)
