hi everyone it's Tanja FOY from elite pilates studio and i just thought we're going to do a little video today because we've done some changes in the studio and just so you know what to do when you come in for your classes or perhaps teacher training so come on in

so paul's just going to swing the camera around a little bit if you can show the top car park there so when you come in that car park where the pond van is that side you can park on park on the other side good let's go in so when you come in you're coming one at a time and you'll pop your jackets up on the rack so once you've popped your jacket on the rack there's some sanitizer there for you to use for your hands and then um come on in so if you're first here then you're welcome to take a seat but if there's like 10 people here they'll probably be on the mats already

but if you come up through so once you've sanitized your hands you come to the bookshelf and this is where you can put your shoes down your handbag or whatever you've got to put down there there's more sanitizer there if you need and then if you need to go to the loo this is the toilet over there which the light is on so and then once you've done whatever you need to do in the toilet and you come out there is a wet wipe there so if you can just wipe the handles inside and outside and then here's the bin for that okay so um depending on whether you're coming in for pilates or yoga

if you're doing pilates there will be blue mats on the floor so you'll come in put your shoes down and you'll just take the stuff and go straight to the mat for yoga there's no other mats you'll bring your own i have got spare if you need but they set up slightly different so um yeah so in terms of the studio so let's have a look at the kind of equipment we have at the studio so for yoga we have bolsters we've got straps and blocks and then pilates we use rings and rotors spiky balls we've got weights different hand weights there that we use the magic rings which everyone calls the rings of torture so we use rings

and then we've also got some balls here which are good fun to play with

and then we've got plenty of yoga blocks and stuff so sometimes people need a few more blocks depending on any spine issues or knee issues we can accommodate that

so let's have a look so paul does a lot of private clients as well we have or just people that want to get more out of their classes so we have a huge reformer machine some of you might have so we've got that in the background it's covered with video equipment because we are recording videos and then especially if we're coming in for teacher training um or even for the classes we do do coffee after the class the teacher training there's a fruit and there's food microwaves that you can warm up your food and store your food for the weekend um in that room is another one of paul's reformers that's frank and there's frank that's missing some limbs

shower room at the end there's a shower and then so that's another reformer and then paul does sports massage treatments as well like injury rehab massage

and all that kind of stuff, good

so once she comes especially if you're going to come for pilates class or anything like that if you if we have coffee afterwards we tend to have uh coffee on the mat so we don't really sit in the reception area so we'll do one person goes into the kitchen helps into a coffee and then we don't have that just to give you social distancing so i think that is practically uh the studio so just refurbished it so it's looking nice and fresh for the next few years so there's any questions that you have about either glasses or yoga or teacher training or anything like that get in touch with us and we shall have a chat with you so take care bye
