Trinity Island is one of Manchester’s most ambitious residential developments, currently under construction. Designed by SimpsonHaugh, the project consists of four towers ranging from 39 to 60 storeys, spread across two sites totalling 2.2 acres.

📍 Towers Overview:

Building D1: 183m (600 ft)
Building D2 (Vista River Gardens): 169m (554 ft)
Building C2: 146m (479 ft)
Building C1: 119m (390 ft)
Once completed in 2025, Vista River Gardens (D2) will stand as the joint second-tallest building in Greater Manchester, alongside the Beetham Tower. The full development will feature 1,950 apartments and is backed by a total investment of £535 million.
