Biognosys’ Hyper Reaction Monitoring (HRM-MS) is the next-generation proteomics workflow for quantification of complete proteomes. It is based on data independent acquisition (DIA or SWATH) where all generated peptide fragment ions are recorded with high resolution in mass and time. A good DIA or SWATH method is an absolute pre-requisite for obtaining great results with Spectronaut software.
