Older Boss pedals ran on the ACA power supply that was an unregulated 12V and later units on the regulated 9V PSA power supply. The old pedals don't work well with todays regulated 9V power supply and really hate daisychains. The good thing is, the pedals all run on 9V internally and with a simple mod you can make these old pedals integrate into your board with ease.
