Here is a quick and easy sewing potion for a witch's hat! I can't wait to make more of these with other fun colors and fabric in the future!

Dimensions:
The conical piece is a right angle (90 degrees or a square angle) with 17 inch edges. The curved edge measures 17 inches from the corner all the way across.
The brim is a 10 inch diameter circle with a 4 inch diameter circle inside.
