Have Flextail Messed Up? The Flextail Zero Pump!

In this video I take a look at the new Flextail Zero Pump and it didn't quite work out for me, but why?

NB. Since making this video, Flextail have confirmed the Zero pump will come with means of charging the device. Please see the pinned post in the comments section for their reply.
