Have you ever wondered what Animal Crossing Looks like outside of the stepford wife hellscape your left to toil in? Well it might look like delivering packages in this silent hill pre-hellscape, otherwise known as russia.

This is Easy Delivery Company, you're a cat who drives around town delivering packages for a minimum wage that barely covers the gas and energy drinks you chug to survive. Finally somebody made a game out of my autobiography.

Staying outside your car too long results in freezing to death, but you'll have to hop out occasionally to deal with snow drifts, client pickups, and visits to The shops.

The music is top tier and matches the PS1 aesthetic, and overall. The game strikes the right balance between arcadey goofiness and the gnawing thought that you're gonna have to get stupid to save on petrol costs so you can afford the lantern to get to a hard to reach spot.

It isn't punishing in the way you expect from games that have survival and deliveries as their main priorities. And thank God because it would have ruined the vibe of pottering around this grim little town.

The developers promise that there's definitely no secrets and I'm going to take them at their word and not go looking.

There isn't too much to do in the demo but i enjoyed myself enough to give it a wishlist.
