This low-impact resistance band workout for seniors ages 60+, will help tone muscles, enhance mobility, and prevent falls. Whether you're new to resistance training or returning to fitness, this gentle yet effective workout will guide you step-by-step with safe movements that protect joints while building core stability. Follow along daily to stay active, independent, and energized. Don't forget to grab your resistance band and let’s build strength together!

This full body strength training for seniors features 15 no-repeat exercises in 45 second intervals with 15 seconds of rest in between. This home workout can be done standing or seated for beginners and seniors alike.

Estimated calorie burn for:
🔥 A 120 lb (54.4 kg) person: 42 calories
🔥 A 200 lb (90.7 kg) person: 70 calories
