Bruno Jakob / Invisible Artworks (ART Safiental 2020)
It became painterly. It became sculptural. The invisible became
performative. It became fluid. It became social. It became vapor. It
became energy.
For "DELETE, ESCAPE, RESET", I establish invisible socially-interactive
artworks brought to life through the known and unknown intervention of
visitors in the surrounding environment (public and privat), through
thoughts and reflection, daily movements, painting, performance and by
Hans Witschi's endless ruminatings of the "Regular Expression of MULTIMPLANTS",
piano pieces 2019-20. The artworks are created by my on-site presence but
also from remote locations. Through performance I build and construct
(mentally, physically, emotionally, bodily and so on) a movable, expandable
(as well as contractible) abstract organic interactive social artwork. It
is formed by the release of latent images and energies collected at other
locations and at other times on paper, canvas, slate, copper plates and
other materials. In constant flux and change it hovers above the
environment as well as sinking into the aquifer. Moving and still. Infinite
and finite. The artwork encompasses the entire social realm integrating
past present future and infinity.
Water, steam, energy, light, air, atmosphere, vegetation, moisture,
love, pain, brainwaves and so on. Living colors. Fluid waves pass
through my brain. Painting and sculpting with water and energy,
collecting and releasing images, releasing ancient glacier water, and
energetically bonding with the underground water layer the unseen
latent artwork will take form or in actuality many forms,
simultaneously.
Some parts are lost but have found freedom.
