Belgesel-Röportaj türünde gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, akademik olarak eğitimini almadan, tiyatro oyunculuğu ve kamera önü oyunculuğu yapan, ekonomik özgürlüklerini tiyatro sanatını icra ederek elde etmeyen, tiyatroyu bir hobiden ziyade ikinci meslekleri olarak gören,toplum gözünde amatörlük-profesyonellik çizgisinde net bir şekilde ayrılmamış, ancak “gönüllü” , “hevesli” gibi söylemlerle çabaları göz ardı edilemeyecek, camiada “Alaylı” olarak da adlandırılan bu tiyatro emekçilerinin hikayesini seyirciye bizzat kendi cümleleri ile anlatan bir çalışmadır.

"Their dreams are on stage, their reality is behind the scenes"

This study, carried out in the Documentary-Interview genre, is aimed at people who are acting in theater and in front of the camera without receiving academic education, who do not gain their economic freedom by performing theater art, who see theater as their second profession rather than a hobby, who are not clearly separated on the amateurism-professionalism line in the eyes of the society. However, it is a work that tells the story of these theater workers, also called "Alaylı" in the community, to the audience in their own words, whose efforts cannot be ignored with expressions such as "volunteer" or "enthusiastic".
