How does it work?
Moulded rubber parts are placed in a perforated basket and then rotated in the blast chamber. Liquid nitrogen lowers the temperature freezing the rubber to make it brittle
without affecting the physical properties during the deflashing process.

A high-speed impeller directs and throws polycarbonate media into the basket. Travelling at high speed, the small pellets cleanly trim off the brittle flash leaving a high quality, flashless moulding.
