Prophet Remark Row: The Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) has served a notice to demolish the house of Mohammad Javed alias Javed Pump, who has been identified as the main conspirator behind the violence that erupted in the city on Friday. Now, CM Yogi Adityanath-led government in UP has razed the house of accused with bulldozer.

On June 11, student activist Afreen Fatima had put out an appeal on social media, writing to the National Commission of Women highlighting safety concerns regarding her father.

This comes after massive protest had erupted against ex-BJP leader Nupur Sharma over her controversial comments against Prophet Muhammad. Protesters demands include arrest of Nupur Sharma & ban on people commenting against the community.
