Belgrade is a city with a lot of development going on in the past few years. One of the famous new townships is called Belgrade Waterfront and it features a broad range of condos. I decided to check out one of them and chose BW Aria. It is one of the lower priced options, but it comes at a price tag close to 200,000 euros. How is the quality of the building like?
