How to Record Gameplay Clips on PS4 Console (Easy Tutorial)

To record gameplay clips on your PS4, you can use the built-in recording features of the console. Follow these steps to capture gameplay clips:

Prepare your PS4: Make sure your PS4 is connected to your TV or monitor, and you have a DualShock 4 controller that is charged and paired with the console.

Check storage space: Before you start recording, ensure that you have enough free space on your PS4's hard drive to save the gameplay clips. If necessary, consider deleting old clips or games to free up space.

Adjust settings: Access the settings on your PS4 to make sure your recording preferences are set up correctly. To do this, go to the "Settings" menu on the PS4 home screen and then select "Sharing and Broadcasts."

Enable video recording: Within the "Sharing and Broadcasts" settings, choose "Video Clip Settings" and then "Length of Video Clip." You can select between various recording durations, such as 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 60 minutes. Choose the desired length for your gameplay clips.

Start recording: Now that your settings are adjusted, you are ready to record gameplay clips. While playing your game, whenever you want to capture something memorable, press the "Share" button on your DualShock 4 controller.
