1998 SeaDoo SPX 787 Rotax Carb Removal and Cleaning: Part 2

Описание к видео 1998 SeaDoo SPX 787 Rotax Carb Removal and Cleaning: Part 2

After discovering a filthy main fuel filter and old gray fuel lines in my recently purchased 1998 SeaDoo, I decided that I'd better do a thorough inspection of the carbs. On my other SeaDoo, a dirty carb caused a lean fuel situation, leading to detonation and a melted piston. It was running great and gave out with no warning before the catastrophic failure and major engine damage. Really wanted to avoid that on this machine!

This video gives a very detailed view of the steps I took to remove, dismantle, clean, and reattach the dual carburetor system on this model.
