In this video, I play the Stand Alone Mission One Bullet, which is probably the easiest one to do, remember these steps:

1.You going to need to use the Engineer to build Bridges and/or Water Platforms to get in position to destroy the radar.

2. Use the "one bullet" to destroy the Radar, that way it is harder for the turrets to destroy you.

3. Make your way to the Ecosphere after you destroy the Radar, destroying anything that could see you with their Scan. Use the Lock button (it looks like a lock and is next to the Reports button) to click on buildings and defenses so you know where they can see you and start firing on you.

4. Each Concrete Block needs 3 shots to destroy it and the Ecosphere needs 4. Make a 3 wide hole in the wall and move forward with your Sea Transport and your Engineer to make Bridges and/or Water Platforms where needed to destroy the Ecosphere. Hope this helps.
