Grenfell Tower Report: 72 Tragic Deaths Found to Be Avoidable | Loose Women

We're starting today with breaking news as the final report into the Grenfell Tower fire has been published. The 1,670 page report, chaired by Sir Martin Moore Bick has found that, heartbreakingly, the 72 deaths were avoidable and the residents of the tower were failed over a number of years by a number of organisations. The Government has responded to the improvements that must be made as have many of the organisations involved.
