My weekend in Seattle -Edmonds , Washington ( Part 1 ) - what to do and where to eat

it is summer time and I planned a great STAYCATION weekend in Edmonds, Washington.
Edmonds is only 13 miles away from Seattle downtown and super easy access to visit.

I stay at Best Western Plus Edmonds Harbor Inn ( this is the only hotel in downtown Edmonds ) and a great hotel with so many amenities. Super close walking to the waterfront, train station and the ferry terminal and also downtown.
Pet friendly too and lots of parking spots ( great strong internet - complimentary )

I went to get a tour of Edmonds Waterfront Center ( Community Center ).
Great place and has a beautiful view by the water.
A place where community gather and have great lunch at PotLatch Bistro.
Also, get some latte and slushie at Shore Pine cafe.

I stopped by at WorkHorse Coworking to do some work during my trip. Great place and great amenities.
it's a community workspace that you can spend all day working and sip in some local beer and kombucha. A day pass or a monthly membership. Lots of parking around the building.

Dinner at Salt & Iron.
Great place to have dinner ( especially during sunset )
They offer the comfort of American Northwest cuisine
I ordered:
S&I Gin and Tonic
Spicy Watermelon cocktails
Beets salad
Steak tartare with egg yolk
Octopus with carrot purree
a plate or raw oysters
