Morning at Scotford - SD75IACC rebuilds, Cando, SD40-2Ws and CN Business Train

On the morning of September 16, 2024 we made the trek out to Scotford to catch M 31341 14 arriving with CN 8303 and 8301. The recently rebuilt SD75IACCs looked great in the early morning light and came to a stop infront of us, while they received yarding instructions. After we take a look at the new units, we head over to Beamer Jct and Harris West to see the morning Cando job crossing the North Saskatchewan River and also see L 74351 16 with an empty sulphur set for Heartland Inland Sulphur Terminal. At Scotford, we catch the CPKC yard assignment and then head to Bruderheim to see L743 running light power to the refinery and L 51151 16 with a trio of SD40-2Ws. As well, there’s a short clip of P 61851 13 departing Edmonton for Chicago, with a deadhead business car move on September 14th.
