When you love a record too damn much, you will soon discover whether you "got what it takes” to make it yours. Such is the case with Turbo label head Tiga, who has played 11Schnull & Newinfluenzer’s 2023 underground hit “Ich und meine Ubahn” in each and every one of his DJ sets since its non-Turbo release. But unbridled track-passion is not always enough, and sometimes one must take a step back and recognize that the music business is also a business. So our in-house Corporate Development team, which has of late been entirely focused* on figuring out how best to monetize Tintin entering the public domain, set to work, successfully licensing the original while also creating the fun and potentially life-saving opportunity to visualize just how amicable the licensing process was.
All of which brings us to the remix pack at hand. The essentially perfect electro programming and vocal performance of the 2023 original leaves virtually no angle for improvement, save for the fact that the 4:20 runtime not enough for the median touring DJ to satisfy their chatbot mistress before they must begin the exacting work of selecting and mixing the next track. As such, we enlisted producers who could interpret the song from different planes of existence, namely Chilean-German wizard Matias Aguayo, French hardstyle prodigy Krarmpf, German aesthetes Extrawelt, Hamburg electro master DJ MELL G, and Asturian highbrow god Architectural.

11Schnull is a Hamburg‑based electronic music producer, sound designer, and performer celebrated for his atmospheric, groove‑driven productions that meld experimental electronica with deep melodic motifs. Operating under his real name Max Schuller, he has built a reputation within Germany’s underground music scene with a nuanced aesthetic rooted in Hamburg venues like Golden Pudel and NTSC
His standout release, “Ich und meine U‑Bahn” (2023, Mantra Mantra / Turbo Recordings), is a vivid sonic portrayal of late‑night subway solitude—haunting, hypnotic, and emotionally charged. The single, co‑produced with Newinfluenzer and pressed on limited-edition transparent vinyl, captures the essence of nocturnal urban transit, resonating with listeners through both its evocative narrative and refined production

Martha Jokiel. Newinfluenzer is a multidisciplinary artist based in Hamburg, Germany, known primarily for her work as a DJ, promoter, and graphic designer. She has been active in Hamburg’s underground electronic music scene since at least 2018, curating and performing at events focused on techno, electro, and wave-inspired styles.
She runs Juicy Gang Records along with DJ Mell G

Hamburg,Germany. Straight outta Hamburg’s underground scene like a post-booty internet meme is producer and DJ Mell G! Pushing all manner of ghettotech, breakbeat, jungle and footwork styles to booty bass, electro and R&B in her sets and productions, “to be honest,” she says: “people have only understood my music since Covid-19.”
Using the world wide pandemic as her launchpad, self-released tracks like “Question My Love”, “i fcck as i live” and “break y0 neck” have coalesced in the release of her debut mini-LP: BOOTY FABULOUS. Launching her own label Juicy Gang in tandem with a quick fire run of singles, remixes and premieres across the internet, Mell G tracks have appeared on compilations for low income $quad, London’s Childsplay, and most notably the “U Better Shake A$$” collaboration with Jensen Interceptor for International Chromies Vol. 3.
