How to join the Carpenter's union in 2022

In this video I had a subscriber who was having a hard time finding a union job. Getting started in the union can be one of the more difficult aspect of the career. If you have no friends or family in the trade. The only thing you can control is your attitude and effort. My advice show up early like 30 to 45 mins early. Talk to carpenters that have jobs in the area. Give a firm handshake and look them in the eyes. If the carpenters union was easy to join. They would have lay people off daily. The carpenters union and apprenticeship are life changing. This career isn't for everyone. But those willing to struggle and overcome will be rewarded.
