Replacing a VVT Solenoid on my Mini Cooper with Idling Issues Stall

My 2007 Mini Cooper R56 started having an issue where it would stall and shut off when I came to a stop. It also developed a really rough idle at times. I had previously had an issue with the solenoid so I decided to replace the part completely. It's been several weeks since I made this video and it hasn't reoccurred. This may have been the issue, but either way it will show you how to change the VVT Solenoid if it goes bad on your car.
