Cumin Half Teaspoon
Brinjal 400 Gram
Tomato 1
Dry Cumin nd Dry Coriander Powder Half Teaspoon
Tamarind 50 Gram
Green Chili Paste Half Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Coconut Powder 3 Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Peanuts Powder 3 Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Sesame seeds 3 Teaspoon
Turmeric Half Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder Half Teaspoon
Salt 1 ½ Teaspoon
Fried Onion 1
Water 1 Cup
Tamarind Water 2 Cup

Coriander Leaves 1 Teaspoon
