This video will show you how to get all items from this location, but have in mind that some areas open only after you finish Malefic Palace mirrored location (story-related)

When you play campaign or reroll Adventure in Losomn, if you start with Morrow's Perish it means you will get the Nightweaver storyline, but if you get the Beatific Palace courtyard then it's path with Beatific/Malefic Palaces and Joker, plus Faelin and Faerin boss.

During your main quest, do not forget to clap during Joker’s performance to get Jester’s Bell. If you miss it, you will have to reroll and retry next time as you cannot get him to perform again.

Later during the story you will enter Malefic Palace and open the shortcut doors behing Jester with Card mini-game. When you do that, you will open the doors in Beatific Palace as well, and you will be able to grab the secret ring (Cataloger's Jewel Ring) behind these doors.

When you place the 2 masks on the ground at the end of the main quest, and enter the doors from the Beatific Palace, you will fight one boss - Faelin. If you want the other, enter the doors from the Malefic Palace. Note that you can just use the lever on the floor to switch between the places after placing both masks. By killing one boss and by talking to the other in the opposite location doors you get the ring of the other - you will need both to craft the ultimate one at Nimue's Shop, after which you can return to the courtyard of Beatific Palace where you can get the Unsullied Heart Relic just north from the starting checkpoint (the statue in front of you will raise if you get close to it while wearing the One True King Sigil).
